/al-holic’s sponsored post of ReviewMe.
I actually stumbled across this service by chance actually and was quite pleased as to what it offered to bloggers who are interested in monetizing their site(s).What is ReviewMe?
Get paid to review services and Web sites that are of interest to your readers, and reap the benefits of conversation with advertisers.
In a nutshell, that means that you will be paid for reviews that you’ll write about concerning sites that they’ve given to for your reviewing.
Now how does it work?
- Submit your site for inclusion into our ReviewMe publisher network.
- Begin by creating a free account using the link below.
- If approved, your site will enter our ReviewMe marketplace and clients will purchase reviews from you.You decide to accept the review or not.
- You will be paid $20.00 to $200.00 for each completed review that you post on your site.
Simple enough, right? Though one will admit that this service or should I say, this post even, is in a way a paid advertisement or a sponsored post, the service doesn’t really care whether or not the review you make is positive or negative. That is indeed a lot better than having to lie through your teeth and preaching the “so-called” greatness of the site you are tasked to review. Even though I say this, ReviewMe thus far doesn’t suck.
Moving on, I’ve see some sites command up to USD $250 for every review they make and the lowest at USD $20 thus far. I am getting paid US 20 for this review of ReviewMe, which is a part of their current US $25,000 give-away.
So for those who are interested, do sign-up as this offer will only last until they’ve exhausted the sum of USD $25,000!
Now the question everyone should be asking themselves now is, why are some sites worth USD $250 while some others are only USD $20?
Well, your review worth is highly dependent on your Alexa, Technorati and etc. ranking. A 5-star blog based on these criterias will get about USD $250 per review where as this lowly blog of mine will only command USD $20 per review, seeing that I am only ranked as a 1-star blog.
So once you’ve done your assigned review of a site, all you will need to do is to submit the URL of the post you’ve done and the rest is history. Be warned though that for every review that you partake in has a time limit in which they’d expect you to produce a review for, much like this review, which has a 48-hour limit before it expires.
So for the curious, I find this service to be quite an interesting twist in monetizing and heck, what’s there to lose right? Heck, I’ve just made USD $20 bucks off this post and you should at the very least give it a shot. ![]()
